AI Legal Software
Built for the legal team that is the bottleneck, not the law firm that bills for the hours.
AI legal software helps legal teams review contracts, manage obligations, and research legal questions. AllAI Counsel checks contracts against your playbook, offers approved fallback language from your own library, tracks obligations and renewals from signature, and grounds research in citable sources. Every output is decision support for a qualified reviewer.
What is AI Legal Software?
Focus on defensibility, not just speed.
While most legal AI serves billable hours, AllAI Counsel supports in-house teams that need to get it right.
We turn contracts and research into verifiable decisions, providing a complete, audit-ready record of every review.
For in-house legal, speed is only the beginning. Defensibility is the goal.
Everything in-house legal needs
Contract Review
Every clause checked against your playbook, with deviations flagged and approved fallback positions offered from your own library.
Built on the AllAI Counsel platform
The same AI and data that power your whole AllAI Counsel workflow.
On-Standard Drafting
Generates agreements directly from your own templates and approved clause library rather than relying on a generic legal model to guess your preferred positions. Every draft reflects what your legal team has already determined to be acceptable, reducing the need to revise or remove unsuitable clauses later.
Playbook Review
Reviews incoming contracts line by line against your organisation’s standards. It flags risky terms and playbook deviations directly within the contract and suggests approved fallback language. Your lawyer can accept, edit, or override every flag. Nothing is finalised without a human decision.
Obligation and Renewal Tracking
Tracks every obligation, approval, and renewal date from the moment a contract is signed. Teams receive enough notice to assess and act on upcoming renewals rather than discovering them at the last minute. Important contract dates no longer need to be maintained across disconnected spreadsheets.

AI Legal Software FAQs
Does it give legal advice?
No. AllAI Counsel provides decision support for a qualified reviewer. A human attorney reviews and approves before reliance.
How is this different from Harvey?
Harvey is positioned primarily around large legal teams and law-firm use cases. AllAI Counsel is designed for mid-market in-house legal teams, with an emphasis on verifiability, auditability, and a record of decisions rather than breadth alone.
Do we need a playbook before we start?
Not necessarily. Playbooks can be generated from existing agreements, while starter packs can provide a baseline that your team can adjust.
Does it work inside Word?
Not in v1. The Word add-in has been dropped from the first release.
Is our data confidential?
AllAI Counsel is designed with encryption in transit and at rest, workspace-level scoping, attorney-client privilege boundaries, and data-residency controls. Model calls route through a controlled gateway with no direct vendor exposure.
Does it handle our industry?
AllAI Counsel can be configured for vertical-specific requirements, including fintech, healthcare, and real estate use cases.
