AI Contract Management Software
Know what your contracts require, when they renew, and why each decision was made.
AI contract management software manages the life of an agreement after it is signed. AllAI Counsel extracts obligations and key dates from executed contracts, tracks commitments, surfaces renewals with time to act, and keeps agreements and decisions searchable in one place.
What is AI Contract Management Software?
Signed doesn't mean forgotten.
When contracts sit in static archives, renewals slip by and obligations get buried in spreadsheets. AllAI Counsel puts your post-signature management on autopilot. We automatically track commitments, surface renewals before they become urgent, and keep every decision searchable and auditable.
Your team keeps the judgment; AllAI Counsel keeps your entire contract estate visible.
Everything post-signature contract management should do
Obligation tracking
What each party committed to is extracted from the executed agreement and tracked from signature onward.
Built on the AllAI Counsel platform
The same AI and data that power your whole AllAI Counsel workflow.
Review and management connected
Contracts reviewed before signature can carry that context forward, connecting the positions taken during review with the obligations that need to be managed afterwards.
Compliance visibility
Where available in the applicable plan, regulatory changes can surface the agreements and obligations they affect so the team can assess them before a deadline.
Privilege boundaries enforced
Confidentiality and privilege boundaries apply across the platform, with model calls routed through a controlled gateway and no direct vendor exposure.

AI Contract Management Software FAQs
How is this different from Ironclad or LinkSquares?
AllAI Counsel is designed for mid-market legal teams that need obligations, renewals, and contract records without the configuration overhead of a large CLM deployment. It can replace spreadsheet-based tracking or work alongside an existing CLM, depending on where the team is starting.
Where do the obligations come from?
They are extracted from the executed agreement itself and tracked from there, rather than requiring the team to manually re-enter every commitment into a separate tracker.
How much notice do we get on a renewal?
Renewals are surfaced with lead time so the date becomes a decision rather than a surprise.
Does it replace our existing CLM?
It can, or it can sit alongside one. For teams currently managing contracts in spreadsheets and shared folders, AllAI Counsel can provide a dedicated management layer. Teams with an existing CLM can also use it alongside their current stack where the supported integrations make sense.
Can we see why a contract decision was made?
Yes. Review and management decisions can retain a record of what was reviewed, what was flagged, and who made the decision, so the context does not disappear when the person who made it moves on.
Does it work inside Word?
Not in v1. The Word add-in has been dropped from the first release.
Can it monitor regulatory changes?
Where the applicable compliance-monitoring capability is enabled, regulatory changes can surface the agreements and obligations they may affect.
Is our contract data confidential?
The platform is designed with encryption in transit and at rest, workspace-level scoping, privilege boundaries, and data-residency controls. Model calls are routed through a controlled gateway with no direct vendor exposure.
Is this legal advice?
No. AllAI Counsel provides decision support for qualified legal professionals. A qualified reviewer remains responsible for evaluating and approving outputs before reliance.
